College Fairs + Info Sessions (all ages)

  • Nov.-Dec.- Register for a Which SUNY Are You information session for students and families to learn about SUNY campuses, academic programs, application process, and financial aid!

  • Nov.-Dec.- Register for SUNY's Financial Aid Days for prospective students.  Students and families will receive information regarding types of financial aid, FAFSA, Excelsior Scholarship and the financial aid award process.

Scholarships

  • Nov. 10- Apply for the New York Times Scholarship. Ten high school seniors will be selected to receive scholarships of up to $15,000 annually to attend any nationally accredited four-year college as a full-time student.

  • Nov. 14- Apply for the Jack Kent Cooke, College Scholarship Program. The Scholarship provides up to $40,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school.

  • Jan. 5- Apply for the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program. The scholarship is for high school seniors who demonstrate exceptional leadership, drive, and citizenship.

  • Feb.5-  Apply for the Ascend Educational Fund. The program provides two and four-yearcollege scholarships for immigrant students and students born to immigrant parents in NYC.

Senior Dues: Next payment plan date is Nov. 6: $50.

CUNY Lock In 6, 7th Period - Oct 18. 12th graders must have:

  • 2016 Taxes, Social Security Number or Alien Registration Number, Final CUNY List, credit card for $65 fee or fee waiver code from Ivy

CUNY Brooklyn College Field Trip - Oct. 16th, OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS

  • Must return permission slip by Oct. 13th. Available in Rm. 408

CUNY Guttman Field Trip- Oct. 30th

  • Must return permission slip by Oct. 27

Upstate Albany Trip- Oct. 23-24th, Eligibility Announced on 10/10- check your email.

  • Eligible students must return: permission slip, $45, short application

  • Parents then invited to info session week of Oct 16 (TBA)

FAFSA Filing Night- Nov. 1, 5PM

  • 12th graders must ideally attend with parents
