Before selecting dates, please note:


* Simulation Duration: Ideally 4-5 hours. Minimum of 3 hours.


* Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the location is 70 students/per day. Please schedule one calendar day for each group of 70 students.


* Cancellations: we require a minimum of four weeks notice to any schedule changes or cancellations. Note, to offer this programming at no cost, we rely on partners to commit to simulation dates.
