Use this form to apply for a PAID web development internship with Gotham Park starting in March 2024 and going through the end of the school year. Intern will be paid $15/hour for their work with the park on this website: https://gothampark.org/

Applications will close on February 25th, 2024 and we will interview candidates when we return from February break. 

The Gotham Park intern will have mandatory meetings with staff from the organization every Wednesday from 1:45 - 3:00 pm and will be allocated other independent work hours throughout the week to finish projects.

Job responsibilities:

• adding one or more pages with photos/recaps of our events and programming activities
• adding and updating a calendar of programming events
• adding a page with descriptions and photos of various educational-based programs happening in collaboration with various schools and universities 
• Bonus! If you know HTML, intern can help with building a more interactive site. 
• This job would also include some mild photo editing like adding text with photo credit to photographers / reducing file size / cropping. 
• Eventually we may want to explore other web platforms that provide better flexibility for our website
