Equity Lab
WHAT IS THE EQUITY LAB?
This year, Equity Leads will run a new space in 411 called The Equity Lab. This will be a co-constructed space along with different groups of students to plan our various celebrations and events that can move beyond just monthly recognitions. For example, this space can hold art exhibits, can host circles to process the news and other things our community will want to discuss, cooking lessons from family members, and guest speakers. Students across grades can sign up to be a part of the planning process for events with the goal that we pull in students from different grades, identities, and interest groups throughout the year.
