June 9th will be Maker’s First “Makers Make the Future Day” Senior Capstone Symposium, in which seniors will showcase both an individual project they have been developing within a room that they collectively designed around themes of their projects. This years themed rooms include a Global History room, an Art and Design Maze, a Gaming and Film room, a Wellness room, and more. The morning of June 9th the lower grades, parents, and community partners will have the opportunity to see the various projects, followed by a banquet for the seniors and senior families as well as awards for capstones of distinction, and an afternoon where the seniors can celebrate each other’s projects.
